Rooms are generally available from 2:00 PM, but you can leave your luggage at the reception as soon as you arrive in Essaouira.
Rooms must be vacated by 11:30 AM. However, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception and enjoy our terrace and lounge.

Essaouira enjoys mild temperatures, so we don’t have air conditioning. Rooms are equipped with fans in the summer and heaters in the winter to keep you comfortable.
Towels and toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, are provided.
Beach towels are available upon request at the reception.
We can arrange a transfer for you from any airport in Morocco. Taxis are also available just outside Essaouira Airport. Please note that there is no bus service from the airport.
Essaouira is accessible by public bus directly from Marrakech, Agadir, and Casablanca.
We recommend the companies Supratours (www.oncf.ma) or CTM (www.ctm.ma). The number of services varies depending on the bus company.
If you arrive with Supratours, the bus stop is located right next to Bab Marrakech, one of the gates of the medina, within walking distance of the riad.
If you arrive with CTM, you will need to take a petit taxi from the bus stop to one of the medina gates, at a fixed rate of 8 MAD during the day and 9 MAD at night (after 8:00 PM).
As Essaouira’s medina is pedestrian-only, public outdoor parking is available along the seafront road, near Bab Sbaa and the port (a 5-minute walk from the riad), or near Bab Marrakech (a 7-minute walk from the riad) – two of the main entrances to the old medina.
We work with a private transportation service and can arrange trips on request to any destination.
Absolutely! We work with a range of local partners and can arrange activities featured on our site, such as surfing, cooking classes, massages, horseback riding, and nearby excursions. Just let us know your preferences by email in advance or when you arrive, and we’ll take care of everything.
Our Widad Suite is the only family room, comfortably accommodating up to three guests.
While we don’t have connecting rooms, Widad and Innaya are on the same floor (1st floor), and Alyia, Nasrine, and Safa are on the 2nd floor—perfect for families or groups traveling together.
A baby crib can be provided on request in all rooms except the Safa room. Children under three stay free of charge.
For family or group stays, the riad can be entirely privatized. It can accommodate up to eleven adults and two babies. The reservation is confirmed once a 50% deposit of the total stay is paid.
We’re sorry, but the Riad is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Its traditional layout means the rooms are on upper floors, and there is no elevator.
We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed in the riad for hygiene reasons.
For safety reasons, all our rooms are completely non-smoking. However, you may smoke in the outdoor terrace area.
